This family-owned and operated legal short-term rental offers a variety of accommodations, including options that range from one to six bedrooms. The main two-story building features four units, each with unique setups to cater to various family needs.

Unit #1 is situated on the first floor and boasts a master bedroom facing the ocean, furnished with a king-size bed. The second bedroom contains two twin beds, and the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper. Enjoy meals together in the full kitchen or around a dining table that comfortably seats 4 to 6 guests. The bathroom features a step-in shower for your convenience.

Also located on the first floor, Unit #2 offers a queen bed and a living room that faces the ocean, complete with a sofa sleeper. A cozy leaf dining table accommodates up to three adults, and the unit has a full bath equipped with a walk-in shower.

If you're looking for a little more privacy, Unit #3 is an upstairs option with its own entry. This two-bedroom unit features a full kitchen and bathroom with a tub/shower combo, as well as a dining table suitable for 4 to 6 people. The master bedroom includes a king bed and a private deck with ocean views, while the second bedroom, on the mountain side, has a queen bed.

On the second floor, Unit #4 mirrors the layout of Unit #2 but offers added elevation and views. It includes a full kitchen and bath with a tub/shower combination, and the living room features a sofa sleeper along with an attached deck overlooking the ocean.

Units #3 and #4 connect via their living rooms but can be locked off for extra privacy. For those needing laundry facilities, a coin-operated area is available for guest use.

Every unit in this main building is positioned right by the ocean, providing easy access to outdoor amenities like gas grills, tables, and lounge chairs on the lush lawn area that extends to the beach.
